Zion Dance Studios Teachers

Tash Britt Hi! I'm Tash Britt and I teach Priceless, Revive and Infinity Tash has been teaching hip hop dance since 2001. She danced in ‘Zion crew’ for two years and ran Genesis dance crew for 3 years taking them on a dance tour around New Zealand. Her advanced hip hop crew gained 1st place in the 2009 NZCAF nationals. She loves people and is heaps of fun to learn from!
Mele Hi! I'm Mele and I teach Zeal Mele has mad flavour and choreography. She danced in Genesis dance crew for two years and performed at the 2010 Parachute music festival. She’ll make you laugh with her sense of humour and teach you how to move your body!
Sarah Hi! I'm Sarah and I teach Awake Sarah has been dancing at Zion for 2 years and has a background in jazz also. She had such great teaching skills and ideas for choreography that we made sure she started teaching at Zion. She was also in Xalt dance crew which scooped 1st place at the 2009 Nationals. Sarah is usually the person in dances that does the ‘freezes’ or ‘gets lifted’ because she’s bold! Sarah is warm and friendly with a huge passion for people and dance.
Eden Hi! I'm Eden and I teach Chosen and Activate Eden has grown up at Zion Studios but she has so much talent and so many ideas that we made sure she started teaching. She danced in Xalt dance crew in 2009 which scooped 1st place at Nationals. She is known for her awesome stage presence and facial expressions! Eden has original choreography and loves challenging the young people she works with!
Daniel Chew (Chewy) Hi! I'm Daniel Chew (Chewy) and I teach Graffiti, Authority, Pick up Stix and Under Construction Daniel has taught at many dance schools in Christchurch and is well known for his choreography. His dance crews have scooped many awards in the last few years and he has also had the privilege of judging national comps. He knows how to get his classes looking tight so when you learn from him be prepared to blow people away with your skills.
